The General Manager is an ambassador for the brand, promoting and marketing the Hotel and the Hospitality functions within the United
Church. He/She is responsible for:
• Providing leadership and planning to all departments and functions of the Hotel and Hospitality Services within the United Church;
• Achieving sales, profit and guest satisfaction targets;
• Attaining the optimal balance between profit ability, guest and employee satisfaction.
