Main Responsibilities, Experience and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will develop, implement and enforce quality systems, security and food safety standards, policies, and programs including HACCP, regulatory audits, food safety training programs, Standard Operating Procedures, product inspections, and standardized work instructions.
Over 3 years experience in a senior Quality/Food Safety role (experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry would be an asset).
B. Sc in Food Safety, Agro-Processing and Baking Technology/ Quality or related field
HACCP Awareness Training
ISO 9001/Quality Management Accredited Certification
Ability to work unsupervised and manage independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
